"Lady did my all over lighten and tone, let me tell you something crazy too, she did 10x better than any professional salon charging $400 would do, and extremely attentive to me, how I was feeling and how I felt about my hair. So much detail and time went into the look I got and I'm so happy with it I literally ran around my house like a cartoon character when I got home. "I have patronized this business several times, going back to when it was formerly known as GirlCave. The first couple of visits were great, then, it continued to go downhill. At one point, I ordered a wig online. After a month of not receiving the wig or tracking info, I sent an email to the address on their website (when it was named girlcave), and no one ever responded. I filed a dispute with my credit card, and then magically, the wig arrived. The wig was horrible and looked nothing like the online picture.\n\nMost recently, my mother and I visited. There were 2 young ladies in the store. We asked a question and one of the ladies didn't know the answer and randomly pointed to some products at the back of the store. The other girl just sat there eating noodles. My mother wanted to make an appointment with a braider, and the cashier gave her the number to call. I call and leave a voicemail with instructions to directly respond to my mother's telephone number. The next evening, I receive a phone call from someone who said she was from the salon, but she had an attitude because I didn't hear her introduce who she is. I guess following the instructions in the voicemail as to whom to call back was too much to ask for. My mother never received the phone call from them to schedule the braid appointment.\n\nThey seriously need to work on their customer service."

"I have visited this store numerous occasions. My daughters love to dye their hair different colors and the staff is always friendly, welcoming & always offering help. Staff tends to be pretty knowledgeable of products. They have everything you can think of to style your hair. I have bought my straighter & blow dryer from this store and they will have good sales on styling tools, as well as their products."
