The morning commute is slow-going on area roadways due to a jackknifed semi-truck on I-494 in Plymouth, as well as other spinouts and crashes on Twin Cities roadways.

Storm Bram has left flooding and travel disruption across Wales after a night of heavy rain and strong winds.

Northwest Scotland is expected to bear the worst of Storm Bram, with an amber warning issued for "very strong and disruptive winds".
