Two lanes are blocked after a crash on I-275 South, right before the Howard Frankland Bridge. There is also a roadblock on Busch Boulevard due to another crash.
New video shows the three self-driving cars blocking a residential street after two of them appeared to have hit each other. The third seemed to have stopped when it sensed them.
