You should be able to set it up on steam. But if you cant, you can always emulate the xbox control with your ps4 controller with DS4Windows.

Can't answer this for all games, but I know you can for some. I was using it for Forza Horizon 4. Just an FYI, it won't change the button icons, but the controller does work.
